Cumberland Solutions S.L. (Weplan Analytics) is a crowdsourcing mobile data and analytics company focused on the telecommunications industry. We collaborate with mobile operators, TowerCos and Telecommunications Regulatory Agencies in order to improve their network coverage through Business Intelligence Reports and a Network Quality of Experience Dashboards.
To do so, we collect specific network and quality measurements using crowdsourcing techniques.
We do not collect any personal information that directly identifies individuals. We do not collect any identifiers from consumer devices such as the IMEI or the IMSI. Our products and services do not require user identification.
We collect data so that we can help communications service providers, network equipment manufacturers, and other third parties within the telecom ecosystems better benchmark, understand, and improve consumer experiences on networks. Our data is only used within the telecoms ecosystem and only for the purposes of understanding, communicating, and optimizing network performance.
With the appropriate user permissions, our software runs in the background in order to collect data. All of our mobile application partners are required to provide disclosures and permission requests to their users to enable data collection. All information we collect is kept pseudonymous or anonymous at all times.
Weplan’s application partners configure the Weplan SDK based on their data collection user permissions, user disclosures, and data policy.
In order to measure the quality of mobile network coverage, we may measure depending on the user’s permissions the follow items:
Every end user agrees and opts in to sharing this data with Weplan Analytics in accordance with their mobile application’s permissions and privacy policy. We require that all appropriate consents are granted.
We may use and store information about your location if you give us permission to do so in the app. We use this data to provide features of our Service, and to improve and customize our Service.
You can enable or disable location services when you use our Service at any time, through your device settings.
We may share anonymous location data to Telcos, TowersCo and Telecommunications Regulatory Agencies to plot network performance on a map to convey coverage.
We will only retain your data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone.
